can solve many of the inefficiencies in the job search process.

Finding a job can be one of the most difficult, frustrating, time consuming
and expensive things an individual ever has to do.  On the other hand, filling
an open position can be one of the most difficult, frustrating, time consuming
and expensive things a company ever has to do.   HarQen's VoiceScreener
helps both sides get through the this process quickly, easily, and on their
own schedule.  It saves time and makes the world a better place.

I have worked at Metavante, Silicon Pastures, Bluefin Robotics, and
E Ink Corporation.  I was a co-founder of NBX Corporation, which was
sold to 3Com and is the subject of a book.

I like to spend time with my kids, kayak, windsurf, ski, and take hikes.
I especially like walking on the cord-walk over the sand dunes at
Kohler Andrae State Park.

I was recognized in Milwaukee Magazine's "The Next Generation:
New leaders under 40 who will change Milwaukee."

I grew up in North Dakota and received a bachelor's and master's degree
from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science.

My daughters Chloe and Athena are cute and smart. They love TuxPaint.
